1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Lavivabet ("Company", "we", "us") and the Affiliate ("you", "your") regarding your participation in the Lavivabet Partner Program. By submitting the registration form, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Enrollment and Approval

All applications to join the Lavivabet Partner Program are subject to our manual review. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. Upon approval, you will be granted access to the affiliate dashboard and promotional materials.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

You must use the provided tracking links (containing your unique `btag`) to ensure players you refer are correctly assigned to your account. We are not responsible for lost commissions due to improperly formatted tracking links.

4. Commission Structure

• Commissions are calculated based on the Net Generated Revenue (NGR) from players referred by you.
• No Negative Carryover: If your monthly NGR is negative, your balance will be reset to zero at the beginning of the new month. Negative balances will not be carried forward to subsequent months.
• The Company reserves the right to adjust your commission rate upon prior notice.

5. Payments and Reconciliation

• Reconciliation Date: Affiliate balances are reconciled and finalized on the 5th day of every month for the preceding month's earnings.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 TRY.
• Payment requests must be submitted via the "Finance" section of your dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your payment details (Crypto TRC20, Bank Transfer, Papara, etc.) up to date in the "Account" section.

6. Marketing Rules and Restrictions

You agree to promote Lavivabet ethically. The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate termination of your account and confiscation of pending commissions:

• Sending spam (unsolicited email/SMS campaigns).
• Using our brand name (Lavivabet) in domain names without written consent.
• Offering unauthorized cashback or rakeback to players.
• Creating fake player accounts or engaging in any fraudulent activity to generate false commissions.

7. Term and Termination

These Terms shall commence upon your approval as an Affiliate and continue until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice. Upon termination, you must remove all Lavivabet promotional materials from your platforms.

8. General Provisions

We may modify these Terms at any time. Notice of significant changes will be communicated via the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
